2. Policy Research and Analysis
We work with Universities in Uganda to enhance local content in the oil, gas and mining sector.
We design and facilitate tailor made courses and trainings for the civil society, legislators, oil,gas and mining companies, private sector, academia, state and non-state actors, local resource host communities, etc.

3. Institutional Capability Enhancement

We conduct institutional enhancement capacity building for the civil society, central and local governments, private sector, academia, the media and other key stakeholders.
We conduct monitoring and evaluation of projects in the oil, gas, mining and renewable energy.
We assess and communicate the impact of stakeholders' engagements and interventions in the oil, gas, mining and renewable energy sectors. We enable stakeholders build their internal competencies in the sustainable management and governance of the resource sector in Uganda and East Africa through capacity building.
We work with partners in the oil, gas and mining industries to find long lasting solutions to local content capacities and competencies to execute and sustain intervention initiatives.

We conduct research on policy processes and impacts in the extractive industries sector.
We undertake policy reviews and analysis for and on behalf of state and non-state stakeholders in the oil, gas, mining and renewable energy sectors
4. Resource Governance and Accountability


We offer expert support to enhance transparency in decision making processes and value for money in public and private investment decisions.
We provide a platform for stakeholders engagments and dialogue on the positive externalities of good governance practices, accountability and transparency.
We build the capacities of local communities in the mining, oil and gas industries to engage with international oil and gas companies.
We build the capacities of host communities and enable them to successfully negotiate with multinational extractive industries companies. We enable stakeholders to fully embrace the ideals of corporate sociail responsibility (CSR) as a means to acquisition of a sustainable social license to operate (SLO).
